Visionary Circle

The Visionary Circle is a group of culturally active young patrons who are interested in exclusive programs and social events designed to engage them with the museum, its mission, and how the arts and cultures of the Himalayas relate to us today. Through cocktail and conversation evenings with today's leading artists and philosophers, artist studio visits, private networking events, and exquisite parties, Visionary Circle members enjoy one-of-a-kind experiences that only the Rubin Museum of Art can offer. The museum's Corporate Membership program offers a wide range of benefits to corporations and their employees. Annual Fund Gifts

Tax-deductible contributions to the annual fund provide important funding that allows the museum to present exciting exhibitions and programs all year round.

University Partnership Program

Participation in the Rubin Museum of Art's University Partners program provides students, faculty, and staff access to the most comprehensive collection of Himalayan art in the Western world via free individual admission for one year with the presentation of their valid school ID. Admission provides access to the entire museum, consisting of six floors of changing exhibitions ranging from traditional to contemporary works. For more information click here.

  • The museum is closed on Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Year’s Day.

  • Museum members - Free
  • Gallery admission is free every Friday from 6-10 p.m.
  • Gallery admission is free for seniors (65 and older) on the first Monday of every month.
