Screening: Nico Muhly + Andrew Solomon
"If he had been forgotten, It had been as a gap in our great feast, And all-thing unbecoming." –William Shakespeare
Nico Muhly, whose new opera Two Boys premieres at the Metropolitan Opera on October 21, looks for lacunae in our art and lives with writer Andrew Solomon, whose books include The Irony Tower: Soviet Artists in a Time of Glasnost, A Stone Boat and The Noonday Demon: An Atlas of Depression. This is a screening of a filmed conversation.
