Hiroya Tsukamoto is a guitarist and songwriter from Kyoto, Japan. He began playing banjo when he was thirteen, and took up the guitar shortly after. In 2000, Hiroya received a scholarship to Berklee College of Music. He has been leading many concerts including several appearances with his group at Blue Note (New York). In 2011, Hiroya appeared on one of the long-running music TV show "...Horses Sing None of It!" broadcasted by Folk Project. Hiroya will be performing with percussionist Satoshi Takeishi.
