Enjoy 10% off selected specialty teas, wine, beer, cocktails, and snacks in the Café @ RMA; see exceptional examples of Himalayan artistry and craftsmanship at the Shop. Hear local musicians as they fill the room with sounds from across the globe, or attend a concert, book launch, or talk in the theater.

Spiral Music

A weekly acoustic platform for musicians every Wednesday between 5:00–7:00 PM at the Rubin Museum of Art. Artists who specialize in music from the Himalayas and South Asia are invited to forge a connection between their music and the art in the galleries surrounding the Spiral Staircase.

  • Tuesday: Closed
  • Wednesday: 11 a.m – 7 p.m.
  • Thursday: 11 a.m – 5 p.m.
  • Friday: 11 a.m – 10 p.m.
  • Saturday and Sunday: 11 a.m – 6 p.m.

  • The museum is closed on Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Year’s Day.

  • The Café and the Shop are open during the museum hours.
