What Is It?

This tour provides a rich and engaging look into the world of Himalayan art through the Rubin Museum of Art's highlight exhibitions as well as its beautiful and diverse collection. Ranging from Indian tapestries to Tibetan mandalas, this tour, led by RMA docent Ed Hankin, will provide both an introduction to the arts of the Himalayas as well as an in-depth look at the religions, cultures, peoples, and arts found in this rich and complex part of the world.
