Do you want to be able to remember names at parties? Or where you last left your car keys? Or memorize The Wasteland?

Attend this training by Mr. Memory himself: Ed Cooke, columnist of the London Times, author of Remember, Remember (Penguin, 2008), Grandmaster of Memory and bon vivant. Ed famously trained journalist Joshua Foer to become the U.S. Memory Champion in less than a year, as documented in Foer’s bestselling book Moonwalking with Einstein. Ed Cooke has consistently finished in the top ten in the World Memory Championships, memorizing 1000 numbers in an hour, ten packs of cards in an hour, and a deck of cards in under two minutes. Cooke has remembered the order of a shuffled deck of cards in 43 seconds- more than twice as fast as the record U.S. time.

Ed will convert the whole museum into a ‘memory palace’, a powerful mental device that the ancient Greeks employed to remember oratory as well as shopping lists. Employing exotic fragrances to help anchor your memorization, and magical illusions to test them, this will be unlike any other museum experience you have ever had.
