Taste of RMA Tours

Weekdays at 3:00 p.m.
Weekends at 1:00 and 3:00 p.m.

For visitors new to Himalayan art and those already familiar with its iconography and expression, Taste of RMA tours offer highlights of the museum’s collection, with varying themes offered each day. Tours last approximately one hour. Sample tours include Methods and Materials, Ornamentation in Himalayan Art, and What Is It? An Introduction to the RMA Collection. Taste of RMA tours are free with museum admission and do not require reservations.

Informal Tours

Museum Guides are available during museum hours to answer questions and engage in conversation about the artwork with visitors. Roaming Guides can also give unscheduled, informal tours to small groups or single visitors when roaming the gallery floors.
